Participation Fees

The cost to participate in this production is $375 for a lead role and $325 for an ensemble role.
Invoices will be sent via email after auditions. You can choose to pay in full or split the fee into 2 payments. For the two-payment option, the first payment will be due on 01/16/25, and the second payment will be due on 01/31/25. Your payment preference will not affect your student's role or placement in the show.

Consent & Release, Payment Policies, & Code of Conduct

All students must have a signed paper copy of the payment policy, consent and release form, and code of conduct on file before participating in auditions or rehearsals, if not already on file. After your registration is confirmed, the required forms will be emailed to you. You can print and sign these forms to bring with you to the auditions or we will also have copies available to sign at the auditions.

Annual Membership Fee
*
A $25 annual membership fee is required for each student, due every 12 months. If you’ve paid this fee within the last 12 months, you will not be invoiced again. New students, or those who have not yet renewed their membership, will be invoiced separately after registration. This fee is required for participation in any activities.

Detailed expectations for auditions, including what to wear, what to bring, and arrival instructions, will be included in your confirmation email. Please read it carefully to ensure you and your child are fully prepared.
Cast lists will be posted on our website and emailed to all participants after auditions.
Copies of our policies will be sent with your audition registration confirmation. These must be signed and brought to auditions. If you are unable to print them, a parent or guardian must be present at auditions to complete them on-site.
